When you appoint us as your dedicated search agent you will be given a single point of contact, but rest assured that your agent will have award-winning head off ice support. Our sales support team speak French, English, Dutch, German and Spanish, with access to in-house agents who speak Russian, Mandarin, Arabic and 25 other languages.

How it works

You sign a contract called a “bon de recherche” - this enables us to scour the market on your behalf. In reality, this means accessing properties available through local estate agents and those listed privately or directly through the Notaires network. It also means that we will be able to access properties that are discreetly being placed “off -market”. This last point is important as many vendors on the Côte d’Azur do not want their homes openly marketed.

We will be by your side throughout the process - from the initial search, to making an offer, understanding the diagnostic reports and walking you through both exchange (compromis de vente) and completion (acte de vente).

In addition, we will be able to put you in touch with hand-picked professionals, including lawyers, accountants, wealth managers, mortgage brokers, currency specialists, architects, surveyors and local property managers.

All our agents are fully registered, trained and insured

We will comply with all French and European legislation and strictly adhere to the Loi Hoguet which covers the real estate sector.

As soon as you sign a “Bon de Recherche”, we will begin your bespoke search, which will include a description of the property type, preferred location, budget, duration of the search and a breakdown of the fees you will be liable for if the search is successful.

We will never charge an up-front fee, and will be fully transparent as to the fees we charge.

You will have a single point of contact, who will endeavor to answer your questions within a maximum of 48 hrs. You will also have access
to our head office sales team, with lines open 09h00-18h00, Mon-Sat.

We will accompany you on all visits and be by your side throughout the whole purchase process, and beyond.

Where required, we will introduce you to 3rd party specialists in tax, finance, law, property management and other professional areas.
